PRAYER: It's imperative that this conference is bathed in prayer. Prayer is the root; revival is the fruit! Consider inviting other churches in your area to join with you ... This is a wonderful way to spread revival and to encourage unity in the body of Christ in your area. Plan to have your leadership committee gather for prayer weekly (minimum) coming up to the conference, and ask God to bring revival to the women who will attend that weekend!

A Florida Passionate Hearts church conference

MEALS: The host church will provide Saturday lunch for the conferees.

TRAVEL: If the speaker travels by car, the reimbursement will be 35 cents a mile. If air travel is required, the Passionate Hearts office will purchase the ticket and advise you concerning reimbursement.

ACCOMMODATION: The speaker would gratefully appreciate a private room at the retreat center, in a private home, or in a hotel. All room and meal expenses will be provided by the host church or campus ministry.

$25 registration fee which includes the Passionate Hearts notebook and the book 'One Passionate Heart,' and Saturday lunch. A love offering will be received at the conference for the speaker.

FINANCIAL GUIDELINES: Passionate Hearts is a non-profit, tax-exempt, non-denominational ministry. Funding for this ministry comes primarily from conference fees and book sales. As you determine your registration fee, factor in your expenses, but make every effort to keep your fee as low as possible -- between $30-$40 per person. You also may want to provide scholarships for those unable to afford this amount. Once you have completed your registration process TEN DAYS prior to the conference, please e-mail your final notebook numbers to the Passionate Hearts office. Once the office has this information, they will send your final conference bill, which is to be mailed to the office ONE WEEK prior to the conference (check or money order made payable to Passionate Hearts). This will include the speaker's fee, plus notebook and travel expenses -- minus your deposit of $100.

*You must call or email the number of notebooks your conference requires ten days before the conference. We will send the final conference bill based on that number.
